I am a writer. I am busy with thinking and plotting the writing. It is a hot moment when that pen frictions with the page. Burning hot moments of gasping breaths that leave me weak in the knees. It is what I do. Willingly.
I am a writer. So I write. These days I turn my eyes towards the goal of being published. Here on this blog will be free things, musings, sneak peeks. I have been working on personal projects for many years - to better my art. Now is the time to spread those proverbial wings and see where they will take me.
My writing name is Pensmith. It is easier to for a reader to remember and say then my last name. You can call me Dan or Daniel if you wish. I do many things and have many hobbies. A love for books, anime, games, movies, art, music etc et al. I have my personal preferences of course - like anyone else. I won't begrudge another person of an opinion or their enjoyments so long as it doesn't directly harm or affect me.
Moderation in all things and enjoy a bit of everything. It's how I take my day.

Dan is a knight who haunts a local bog in his weathered armor. On moonlit nights he stalks the deer trails to disturb unsuspecting woodland creatures and to spot Owls. He does battle against Pestilence and chats with fey over hot chocolate with cake. On Thursday nights that happen every last Thursday the Witches come over and share their spells in exchange for gossip and cooking recipes. He once had a loyal dog that now lives as a ghost in his hat. He rides a loyal pair of shoes and carries his kingdom on his brow. The sword he carries is broken and is conveniently used as a bookmark.
